Matthew Entwistle
Matthew Entwistle is a composer, pianist and experienced performer in classical/modern piano, clarinet, tenor saxophone and voice, and is a Licentiate in piano performance of the Royal Schools of Music. He entered NYU in Fall 2010 for the B.M. Music Composition program, and has been actively involved in concerts and shows spanning different music genres. He has scored numerous short ï¬lms from NYU Tisch and has recently been offered work on TV commercials. In musical theater, he has music directed several productions, including Polly Pen's The Flitch and Eugene Ma's adaptation of Moliere's The Hypochondriac, and works with the critically-acclaimed political musical comedy company Political Subversities. Matthew has studied music composition at NYU with Young-Mi Ha and David Spear, and regularly performs as a composer and pianist, as well as offer services in music accompaniment, arranging and transcribing at NYU Steinhardt.
